**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Leading and mentoring a team of committed, skilled Solution and Enterprise Architects
- Creating an architecture centre of excellence to act as a bridge between technology and business
- Delivering results through well-prioritised work that creates positive business impacts and customer value
- Contributing to enterprise roadmaps, ensuring business needs are mapped to technology solutions
- Participating in hands-on technical design and assisting your team to architect elegant solutions

**Your toolkit and experience will include**:

- Substantial experience with Agile ways of working and leading matrixed teams in a corporate environment
- Proven track record in architecture on large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
- Track record of architecture team leadership
- Experience maintaining positive, constructive relationships with partners and suppliers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
