**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our close-knit payroll team. You will report into the Payroll Manager who has an awesome attitude to leadership, trusting their team with loads of flexibility to work from home and manage their hours to work in with their busy work/family lives.

As Payroll Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative, friendly team of 6 who provide end-to-end payroll support for our 4000+ Bupa contractors, temps and permanent employees.The role will encompass payroll administration duties and assisting with processing payroll.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative team player with a clear communication style, who is a quick study and feels confident picking up this busy role and running with itYou are an effective problem solver and happy to talk through payroll queries and issues with relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, we are looking for:

- Ideally 2-3 years relevant payroll experience.
- Knowledge of electronic payroll systems, experience using Chris21 would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures relevant to the payroll environment.
- Knowledge of Employment Relations Acts and Legislations appropriate to the payroll environment.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple deadlines.
