You love administration and enjoy supporting others in getting tasks done on time. To that end you're looking for a role where you can work as part of a team and use your highly intuitive organisational and administrative skills.

System-savvy you love picking up new skills and have previously worked on Excel and Word. A keen eye for detail is essential as you will learn how to operate our inhouse purchasing system.

No two days will look the same; your day could include running into town to pick up stationary and then having to sort out accommodation for team members. Flexible at heart, you can easily move from one task to the next. As a stickler for detail you'll be responsible for maintaining all site and project records to an impeccable quality standard.

As the primary support to the Wellington project team and commercial support with some of your tasks including;
- Assist in managing purchasing of materials and coordinating deliveries
- Manage hired plant by working closely with supervisors and hire companies to ensure plant and equipment is kept productive
- Check authorisation of weekly timesheets and submitting to the payroll system
- Compilation of monthly reports including H&S audits and site reports
- Order and issuing PPE
- Arrange travel, accommodation and property management
- Assist project manager with reimbursements and purchase orders

Your sound interpersonal skills will put you ahead of the pack with a really flexible attitude and willingness to help out where ever needed

This 12 month fixed-term role will be based in our Wellington office.
