We are looking for an experienced **Group** **Health & Safety Manager** to join our Operations Team. This role will be reporting to the Head of Operations & Engineering and responsible for leading culture change in safety across our business. We require someone who can operate from setting strategy with leaders to coaching our factory teams.

**To be successful **in** this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong people influencing skills including communication, relationship building, influencing and staff development.
- Is proactive, assertive, has a positive disposition and a high level of self-awareness.
- Strong knowledge on H&S legislation, processes, and principles.
- Knowledge in Occupational health & safety (OHS) issues and processes desirable.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy including SMS tool such as Vault, Safe365 and typical Office tools (Work, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiar with databases/IT Platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly.

**The Box Ticking Stuff**:

- In line with company policy, applicants will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing and a Criminal Conviction Check.
- A driver’s license is required to enable work across sites.
