We provide accommodation security for the elderly, with great apartments, wonderful facilities, gardens and a modern hospital and rest home facility. **THE ROLE**
**As someone who has a strong passion for helping & caring for people. You will be**:

- Providing excellent care and assistance towards our residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining privacy, dignity and individuality.
- Following company protocol and creating a safe environment for both the residents and team.

**ABOUT YOU**

This role will require someone with not only an enthusiastic nature but
- **Skills & Experience** that will be a strong support to the team.
- Must have min 2 years experience of Health Care Assisting or nursing experience within an aged care facility
- Be able to work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Doctors in a team leading role
- Be fit, hard working, reliable and **flexible with availability on days, times and hours including weekend and evening shifts**:

- Have a genuine interest in quality care of the elderly
- Be prepared to participate in Dementia Training
- Possess Patience, kindness and a mature approach
- Be enthusiastic and supportive
- Be someone open to instruction, who works well with your peers and managers
