We are looking for an experienced and inspiring **Centre Manager** to lead our high-performing early childhood education centre in Central Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your leadership, passion, and vision to a team committed to delivering exceptional care and education for children.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the centre, ensuring high-quality learning and care aligned with Te Whāriki.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
- Oversee enrolments, occupancy, and centre performance to meet educational and business goals.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, whānau, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with MOE regulations, health & safety requirements, and licensing criteria.
- Drive a positive centre culture focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised **ECE teaching qualification** (Level 7 or equivalent).
- Current **NZ Teaching Council registration**.
- Proven leadership or management experience within an ECE environment.
- Strong understanding of curriculum, compliance, and centre operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the **legal right to work in New Zealand** and be based in Auckland.
