Our nurse-to-resident ratio is perfectly balanced as we believe the best care is built on connections with our residents, their families and our team. **About the Role** - Based at our beautiful Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village in Papanui Christchurch, you will use all your nursing and people skills to:_ - Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our Dual Unit (combination of hospital and resthome level care) - Coordinate, motivate and develop your team to provide the best quality care for our residents - Complete efficient and effective documentation - Provide support to your Clinical Manager The role is a permanent full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday, 0800 - 1630.
