Our Parking Compliance team make sure that parking in the city is used safely and fairly. They keep the wheels turning and make sure there's no unnecessary congestion in our city and suburbs so that people can get where they need to be.

**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

We are looking for a motivated, confident, can-do individual to assist in leading a diverse team. This person will instil and uphold an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative culture that enables us to provide a high level of parking compliance services to our community. As a Senior Parking Compliance Officer you will be:

- Resolving complex customer and staff issues
- Supporting the Team Leader with development and training of the team
- Participating in recruitment and selection
- Investigating critical issues or concerns raised by the public

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**

You will have genuine examples of positive leadership (either formally or informally) that showcase that you have a positive attitude and commitment to ongoing success of your team. An understanding of how the Council operates and the role we play within a political environment is essential to this position. You will also have:

- Prosecution Certificate or experience
- Full unblemished New Zealand Drivers Licence to drive a manual motor vehicle and motorcycle.
