**Job Description**:
Gore is one of the main hubs of Southland, with an abundance of things to see and do. The Gore store is super friendly with a very experienced team and would be a great first appointment for new store manager. It has new grocery layout planned to be launched into store which will help continue to sales growth. This store is a key stake holder within the community.

This is your chance to step up and become our new store manager, taking ownership of your store with your passion and expertise.

You’ll need to be someone who is dynamic, resilient, and fully aware that your store succeeds when your team succeeds. Your team members will respond to your leadership, and you’ll enjoy seeing them developing their skills and growing into their potential.

You will be highly effective in building and maintaining great working relationships with key stakeholders and their teams. Everything you do will be underpinned by your solid understanding of retail and what makes a store hum with activity and profitability.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Proven significant management experience preferably within a retail environment
- Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
- Ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
- Resilient and adaptable, showing an ability to drive change
