**About the Role**
- We are seeking Team Leaders to join our team of skilled, talented and passionate horticulturalists, and landscapers. You will work with a Trades Assistant and be responsible for maintaining and creating some of the most beautiful parks and greenspaces across Auckland. **Tasks and Responsibilities**- Overseeing a Trades Assistant- Completing relevant reports.- Using phone app daily to manage jobs- Running daily toolbox and pre-starts.- Delivering seasonal tasks such as annual bed rotations- Overseeing a Trades Assistant- General Garden Maintenance including planting pruning, fertilizing, mulching, streepscaping and watering- Removal of pest plants- Using an array of small plant equipment including weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers etc

**About You**- Previous experience in gardening/horticulture a must- Have a passion for working outdoors and love to see the fruits of your labour- Are committed to providing the absolute best quality workmanship for our Customers- Have a class one drivers license- Must be physically fit- Reliable and always on time for work.- Comfortable leading and support team members.- We won’t budge on safety therefore we need someone who is health and safety conscious- Willing to embrace change and new possibilities
