**Introduction**:
Mainmark is a global leader in ground engineering and asset preservation, providing innovative solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We’re looking for a skilled Senior Supervisor to support our New Zealand delivery team in Auckland.
**Reporting to the Country Manager, you will**:
Support daily operations, scheduling, logistics, and maintenance.
Work with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Commercial teams to help projects stay on track.
Promote a safe and efficient working environment.

What You’ll Bring
8+ years’ experience in operations or construction-related roles.
Experience with scheduling, resource, and team support.
Awareness of HSE standards and construction practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Comfortable with modern business systems and technology.
Full Class 4 driver’s licence and relevant safety certifications.
