Responsible for the preparation, planning and delivery of the plant training programmes, to ensure the business achieves its compliance training requirements. To update documentation when required e.g. Training material, SOP’s, and Work Instructions.

**About the role**

**Health, Safety, and Quality**:

- Promote and improve the Health, Safety, and Quality culture through hands-on approaches.

**Change Management and Culture**:

- Deliver training to ensure adherence to and sustainment of all plant programs, policies, and procedures.

**Employee Development and Training**:

- Promote a culture of learning and self-improvement
- Conduct training Needs Analysis, Gap, and Root Cause analyses
- Ensure participation in training across all departments

**Operational Cost Reduction**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist departments in exploiting them.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in and facilitate Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Incorporate lessons learned from these initiatives into training materials.

**Quality**:

- Conduct appropriate training for Quality Systems and Food Safety Management Systems.

**Communication and Compliance Training**:

- Coordinate compliance training and employee induction programs.
- Develop training materials and competency assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities.

**About you**
- Training delivery certification or relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle diverse projects with a focus on results, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Experience in creating and updating task-related documentation.
