**Butchery Assistant - Full-Time**

Ever wondered how the huge array of products you buy from our butchery department make it to the shelf? It takes a crew of talented people working behind the scenes. And right now, the crew are looking for a Butchery Assistant to help them with our mission of keeping South Canterbury fed.

As a Butchery Assistant you will be involved in many aspects of Butchery life.

**Tasks include**:

- packing, labelling and quality control of our huge range of meat products
- upholding our hygiene and food safety standards
- and of course - proudly putting the products we make on the shelves

Do you have a bit of initiative? Are able to work as part of close-knit team? Can follow instructions? Enjoy a bit of banter? Will take our customers' food safety seriously? Don’t mind working in the cold? Then this could be just the role for you

No experience? No worries. We have people who can show you the ropes. You simply need to be keen for some hands-on work.

**Hours**:
This awesome opportunity is full-time (40 hours)
- Monday 8am - 4:30pm
- Wednesday 8:30am - 5pm
- Thursday 8am - 4:30pm
- Friday 8am - 4:30pm
- Sunday 8am - 4:30pm
