Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the French Fry Packing lines and the resources allocated to these operations. Accountable for ensuring that the Hour-by-Hour targets are met and to be recorded (SQCD Boards), Bulk FF Stock, Packing Area Downtime, Packing Waste (product and material) and Rework. To understand, comply and where necessary enforce, company policies and practices currently in place and any new policies/practices that are implemented
