**About **the opportunity**

We're looking for an **Administration / Office Manager** to join T&G Fresh's team based in Kerikeri, where we proudly grow citrus and berries. Reporting to our Citrus Operations Manager and part of the Northland leadership team, you'll enjoy the variety of managing administration and finance processes for our growing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and action operations, process, and cost efficiencies
- Support the Finance Partner to prepare reports, budgets, models and forecasts
- Lead invoicing, grower payments, expense allocations, balance sheet, stock and timesheet reconciliations
- Support audit and compliance data entry and reporting
- General office, facilities and team coordination

**About **you**
- 3+ years' experience in an Administration / Office Manager role
- Solid accounts / financial administration skills
- Practical working style with a drive for process improvement
- Collaborative team player - you're the glue that holds a team together
- Super organised with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
