About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at LAW NORTH LIMITED in Kerikeri, Northland. This is a full-time role, with a December 2025 start, that will see you provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy law firm.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry and other general office duties
- Assisting with the coordination of client meetings and appointments
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and office environment
- Contributing to the smooth running of the office and supporting the team as needed
- Maintaining discretion for clients
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist the team in a variety of tasks
