**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

As an HR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our high performing HR team. You will be someone who can really multitask and manage different tasks and priorities whilst building good relationships with our current and prospective employees, our managers and supervisors as well as external suppliers.

This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and provides coordination support to the business and HR team from recruitment administration, induction and onboarding, new employee's documentation, processing variations to maintaining databases and HR systems and processes. We aim to work together to increase efficiency in everything we do.

**KEY SKILLS**

While we provide a variety of training and advancement opportunities for all of our people, to succeed in this role you will have:

- Proven experience as a HR coordinator or relevant HR administrative position
- Experience in working with HR systems
- Curiosity; always looking for more effective ways to do things
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with confidentiality

- Excellent interpersonal skills
