My client is a large firm with an international network based in Auckland CBD who are actively recruiting for someone who is currently in External Audit and wants a change of work.
They are seeking an Intermediate level BAS Accountant to join their sizeable team to work on a wide range of challenging projects and a variety of clients. You will be preparing financial statements instead of reviewing them and consulting with the audit team as an IFRS expert.
Their structured team is well known for being outgoing, social and want someone who will fit in with their office culture.

The Person:
- At least 18 months of current External Audit experience in a NZ CA Firm
- Ideally studying towards your CA qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience reviewing NZ IFRS financial statements, consolidations & lease calculations
- The desire to transition from Audit to BAS with solid reasons as to why
