**This position reports to**:
Local Product Group Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Power Protection Product Group in Napier. You will be mainly accountable for: -Owning the site supply planning process. -Leading a cross-functional team of approx. 8 direct reports from purchasing, warehouse and customer support. -Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process. -Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution. -Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are immersed working with production systems and the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience leading and developing people
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP and are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are passionate about problem-solving, have a hands-on mentality and fast learning ability
- Degree in a relevant field and a background in production systems.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken English communication skills.
