Leader who is wanting to take their next steps in furthering their career. You

able grow and develop both your leadership & strategic operational skills.

Mō te tūnga - About the Role
- Leading a team of Allied Health professionals such as Social Workers,

Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Diversional Therapists, & Allied
Health Assistants plus the Home & Community Support Service covering the
Southern Locality
- Strong
focus on achieving equitable outcomes
- Integral
member of the Southern Leadership team
- Building
relationships across the health system and Westland & South Westland communities
- Supporting
the development and delivery of quality Allied Health services across the
West CoastThis role will be
leading our allied health and home & community support services across the
Southern Locality. A key part of this role is ensuring the strong
relationships that already exist between the Te Whatu Ora [Health New Zealand]
& Community Organisations continue, and building new relationships as
opportunities emerge. Those working in the teams you support deliver
patient-centred support to people of all ages providing preventative interventions
in such areas as supported self-management, diagnostic, therapeutic,
rehabilitation and enablement services to support people to live healthy,
active and independent lives.
