**Your new role**

You will be part of a team of 3 Engineers with a Service Desk supporting you and supporting all internal users within the agency.

**Alongside the Modern Desktop Strategy, your role will also include**:

- 2nd and 3rd Line Support and Incident Management
- Installing and maintaining end user devices
- Provide expert advice to end users at all levels
- Work across a number of projects, as and when they’re live
- Application packaging
- Writing and maintaining all relevant documentation

**Please note, this role will require you to be on call based when applicable; additional rates are in place for when this occurs.**

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need to previous experience within Desktop Support within a Windows environment and have hands using Intune.

Additionally, the following is required:

- Experience within an enterprise environment
- Excellent communication
- Relevant experience in Modern Desktop technologies
- Ability to mentor junior members of staff
