**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Receivable: Managing the main function of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Accounts Payable: Handling accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices
- Bank Reconciliation: Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

**About You**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse financial data and create reports
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility for occasional travel between Stellar's offices in New Zealand

Although not essential, familiarity with the following programs used at Stellar for accounts management is advantageous:

- Astute: Payroll and billing system
- Sage: Finance system
- SAP Concur: AP invoice management
