Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to become part of our friendly and supportive National Collections and Reporting team.
You will be responsible for undertaking the planning and coordination of a programme and its activities, as well as providing support to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner and adhering to budgetary requirements.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Taking a lead role in planning and coordination of the programme and its activities efficiently using the work planning tools and methods to manage, monitor and report on results.
- Taking responsibility for the programme related financial administration including expenditure, arranging for payment of accounts in a timely and efficient manner and maintaining an accurate accruals list.
- Support Project/Programme Manager/Scrum Master to provide full project management life cycle capability across the strategic work programmes
- Enhance the capability of the team through administrative support to team members in a project environment.

This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
