Due to an internal move, we are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead and manage our highly respected NZ structural practice.

Based in Auckland, Christchurch or Hamilton, you will be leading a nationwide group of high performing and engaged people, supporting their development and welfare and offering your technical direction to proudly deliver our iconic projects. You will be managing all key activities for the NZ Structural Engineering business and will be active in running design teams. Supporting major pursuits, strategic planning, knowledge sharing and expanding our structural capability are also key aspects of this role.

This is a rare opportunity to join a recognised global engineering consultancy and further develop our structural practice in NZ by using your own approach to inject new ideas and ways of thinking to drive further growth and opportunity.

**Qualifications**

As a degree qualified Structural Engineer, you will need to hold CPEng registration with at least 15+ years in structural design and analysis of building structures with strong knowledge of NZ structural and seismic codes. Proven ability to win new business and deliver projects is essential.

You will be an effective leader with tenacity and drive who is looking to achieve outstanding results and most importantly, be someone that enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting ideas and encouraging others to develop their skills and experience.
