**About the role**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Electrical Estimator** to join our Facilities Services team in Auckland. Reporting to the Electrical Manager, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end pricing and delivery of minor works and projects. You will prepare quality quotes, oversee project execution, and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting. This is a hands-on role that requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

**About you**:

- Trade qualified in Electrical, with current registration highly advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience in estimating and/or project management.
- Experience using estimating packages (e.g. VO6 or similar).
- Strong written communication skills, especially in preparing estimates.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
