We are looking for someone reliable and hardworking to join the team at (Sandringham & Avondale and More ) our Indian Burger food Joint. We are a startup & growing company and Expanding to more locations.

To be considered for this role you should:
Previous experience working within a commercial kitchen

A good understanding of food safety programs

A fantastic eye for detail

Must be reliable and committed

Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service

Food Preparation

Making, Indian Style burgers and Pizzas

Preparing South indian Style Sauces and Spices

making a South Indian traditional tiffins

making Indian Style hot/cold beverages

All other related duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare the gravies and sauces as per the business requirements.
- Responsible to cook Indian curries and cook the meat as required.
- Ensuring excellent consistence with the sauce and curries.
- Undertake the seasoning and cooking of food as per the standards.
- Weighing, measuring, mixing, and preparing dishes according to recipes.
- Designs of new recipes with sauces.
- Required to check freshness of food and ingredients.
- Help with stocktaking and reporting it.
- Maintain the temperatures of cooking equipment.
- To preserve the food and freeze them as required.
- Training of Kitchen Hand and other support staff.
- Pointing the problems in the kitchen and resolving.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the staff.
- Maintaining impeccable personal hygiene.
- High work and safety standards in the workplace.
- Check for cleanliness and functionality.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
