This role will be a 3 month contract for our current requirements, with the possibility to renew thereafter and/or establish a working relationship for future quality assurance and testing work.

**About You**:
We seek a seasoned leader in the realm of software quality assurance, who values not just the execution of tasks but the creation and nurturing of a QA culture. Your role is pivotal in establishing robust QA processes and mentoring our team to adopt these standards.

You will ideally bring:

- Proven experience in leading QA process implementation across diverse teams including developers and designers.
- Strong leadership skills with a knack for coaching and developing teams.
- A strategic mindset with a willingness to spearhead the development of new processes.
- Experience in selecting and setting up QA tools and frameworks.
- Although the role is strategic and leadership-oriented, flexibility to engage in hands-on tasks as needed to guide and support the team effectively.
- Experience with QA automation and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Skills (Not requisite):

- A background in a multidisciplinary team environment where collaboration was key to success.
- Previous experience in a dynamic project setting where rapid prototyping and iterative testing were used.
