Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will have earned a globally recognised trade qualification; New Zealand Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering (Level 4), in the Road Transport strand.

Please note, this position is not suitable for school leavers or those with no mechanical experience.

- Have a mechanical aptitude and take pride in completing jobs to a high standard
- Have the capability, willingness and commitment to undertake a trade qualification
- A passion for vehicles, engines or the automotive industry demonstrated through work experience and/or hobbies and interests
- A strong desire to learn and develop a range of new skills associated with your chosen trade
- A commitment to Health and Safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service
