- A multidisciplinary engineering consultancy renowned for their expertise across the land development, transport, infrastructure, and structural disciplines is seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join their Auckland team.

Operating across the land development, transport, infrastructure, and structural disciplines, this firm prides itself on delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

As a CPEng Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for using modern software to deliver quality civil engineering expertise on a varied and challenging projects to a broad range of public and private sector clients. This role will test your technical and project management abilities, as well as mentoring intermediate engineers in your team, supported by some of the best senior leaders in the industry. The entire team works from home on Mondays and Fridays, offering fantastic flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

**About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for the design and delivery of land development and civil infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on Civil 3D design and modelling. You’ll collaborate closely with other engineers while having the scope to manage projects independently.

**Typical responsibilities include**:

- Civil 3D design (earthworks, drainage, roading, utilities)
- Land development and general civil engineering design and delivery
- Coordination with councils, clients, and stakeholders
- Providing technical input across multiple project stages
- Supporting project delivery and construction documentation

***What You’ll Need**
- 6-7 years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development
- CPEng (or working towards)
- Strong, proven Civil 3D design skills (tested thoroughly in the interview process)
- Good understanding of NZ design standards and consenting processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
