**What you'll be doing**:
- Manage all daily operations of the motel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations
- Oversee the hiring, training, and management of motel staff to ensure high-quality service
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the motel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain the motel's cleanliness, security, and overall brand standards
- Actively promote the motel and its services to potential guests and the local community
- Collaborate with the head office to identify and implement strategies for improving the motel's performance
- **What we're looking for**:
- Experience in a similar motel management role or Qualification related to Business and Management.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and current trends
- Willingness to reside on-site at the motel
