**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The Product Implementation Specialist role is a critical role for our organisation, playing a pivotal part in supporting the local and national product implementation teams around optimisation of product, with a specific focus on Supply Chain inventory policy adherence.
Specifically you would;
- Support the integration of the Supply Chain and Clinical Product team strategies
- Support the translation of Product decisions into comms and implementation plans
- Support adherence of product implementation accuracy
- Support the tracking of on-site adherence to national inventory policies and procedures
- Support the seamless implementation of new products and product substitution into hospitals

**Ka kawea e koe | You will bring**:
- A relevant bachelors graduate and post-graduate qualificationin an area relevant to Supply Chain Management or comparable experience working at a leadership level
- Supply chain experience, especially in the area of clinical inventory management - 5-7 years
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across various functions and at different levels.
- Supplier relationship management experience
- Excellent **problem solving skill with the ability to **o resolve complex problems through innovate research and highly technical and specialised solutions.
- **Proven** knowledge and experience in clinical product and process management, implementation and optimization
- In-depth understanding of in hospital clinical product management and implementation.
- Breadth of supply chain knowledge and experience to optimise product implementation and flow
