Otto is a craft beer and champagne bar on Featherston St in the CBD. We are looking for a Bar Manager to lead our great team.

The position will involve hiring, training and managing staff on shift, doing rosters, running services, liaising with the kitchen, organising bookings, completing nightly cash ups, ordering and stocktakes, and most importantly providing excellent customer service.

A knowledge of wine is a bonus, but not essential as we provide regular training sessions. Our customer base is mainly people that work in the local area, so good banter and the ability to foster good relationships with regulars is important.

Full training will be given and we offer a supportive work environment, with a great team, support from other managers from our other venues, flexible working hours, incentive bonuses, staff meals and bar tabs, discount at our other Wellington venues, and regular staff get togethers and training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
