As NZ's fastest growing outdoor adventure retailer with 23 stores we are looking for some exceptional people to join our team **Job Description**: As one of our passionate in-store sales representatives, you will ensure we exceed our customers’ service expectations. We offer awesome products and know our customers purchase from us because we also offer them expert service. In this role, you will take responsibility to proactively approach your customers and use your communication skills to build rapport. It’s about the ability to genuinely talk to people about the gear we sell while delivering excellent service. We're looking for great people who can work either; - Sat - Wed 35hrs (Thurs/Fridays off) - Thurs - Mon 35 hours. (Tues/Wednesdays off) Weekends are our busiest times when the store is buzzing and you can make the most commission **Qualifications**: Ideally you will have; - Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets and be a sales superstar - knowledge of outdoor products - A customer-centric attitude and live our ‘See You Out There’ culture - A genuine desire to help people get into the sport but also have the confidence and experience to sell - The ability to work as part of a team - A desire to deliver a memorable experience to our customers Additional Information Not only can you make awesome commission, but you could enjoy inspiring experiences, exciting challenges and amazing benefits that come with this role.
