We believe that nature keeps you balanced, and that your path to freedom is outdoors As NZ's fastest growing outdoor adventure retailer with 24 stores we are looking for some exceptional people to join our team. **Job Description**: As one of our passionate in-store sales representatives, we want you to exceed customer service expectations. We offer awesome products and know our customers purchase from us because we also offer them expert service. In this role, you will be proactively approaching our customers and using your great communication skills to build rapport. It’s about the ability to genuinely talk to people about the gear we sell while delivering excellent service. This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours (7hrs per day) across Sunday - Thursday. **Qualifications**: Ideally you will have; - An outgoing personality and strong communication ability - experience meeting and exceeding sales targets - knowledge of outdoor products - a customer-centric attitude and the desire to deliver a memorable experience - the ability to work as part of a team Additional Information Not only can you make awesome commission, but you could enjoy inspiring experiences, exciting challenges and amazing benefits that come with this role.
