**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Biotechnology Research & Development**: Support new product initiatives through hands-on research activities and data analysis.
- ** Plant Cultivation & Analysis**: Conduct routine cultivation, monitoring, and laboratory analysis of plant samples.
- ** Process Optimization**: Identify and implement opportunities to refine current lab processes, enhancing overall efficiency and functionality.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, sharing findings and providing clear, concise updates to colleagues and leadership.
- ** Data Integrity & Confidentiality**: Ensure accuracy of recorded data, maintain detailed records, and handle sensitive information responsibly.

**Key Attributes & Qualifications**
- ** Proficiency in General Lab Tasks**: Demonstrated experience with standard laboratory equipment and protocols.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain high accuracy and reliability in all research activities and documentation.
- ** Autonomy**: Comfortable working autonomously with support from the Metrovate team.
- ** Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting of results and process improvements.
- ** Integrity & Confidentiality**: Proven track record of handling sensitive data with care.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field is required. Relevant lab experience and a passion for cutting-edge research are essential.
