**What You’ll DO**:
As a **Senior CRA**, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials by:

- Acting as the primary liaison for investigative sites throughout the study lifecycle.
- Monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with site staff to support recruitment, retention, and data quality.
- Troubleshooting site-level challenges and driving timely resolution in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Mentoring junior CRAs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

**What You Bring**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 4 years minimum independent monitoring experience in clinical research.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory guidelines.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
