**Front of House at Bella Vita (2014) Limited**

We are looking for a full time FOH to work in one of the well renowned Restaurant in New Plymouth, Taranaki

**Duties Include**
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
- Clear tables/Maintain dining room cleanliness;
- Prepare drink orders;
- Greet customers and assess their needs and preferences and make recommendations;
- Clean Customer Area/ Bathrooms;
- Expo Food (Prep Plates for Delivery to Tables and To-Go Boxes);
- Friendly greet customers and take their orders;
- Help with events;
- Food Prep as needed;
- Know and promote menu items;
- Help with dishes;
- Engage with guests to ensure they have a good experience;
- Maintain clean bakery environment;
- Handle take-out orders in person and over the phone;
- Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

**Front of House Requirements**:

- Relevant Qualification is essential
- Minimum Work experience of 1 year is mandatory
- Wearing and maintaining the prescribed uniform.
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
- Physically fit.
- Availability to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
