**We now need a Fast Food Manager for our thriving takeaway outlet just in front of our factory. This is a full-time position with guaranteed 30 hours per week.**

**The major tasks include**:

- Oversee the overall operations of the fast food outlet, including service, staffing, and kitchen functions
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and monitor product mix to ensure availability and mínimal waste
- Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety compliance
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance
- Handle customer service issues, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
- Set sales targets, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet business objectives
- Monitor financial transactions, prepare budgets, and maintain accurate records of income and expenditure
- Promote and advertise the establishment’s products and services to attract and retain customers
- Ensure all company policies and legal obligations are followed, including wage compliance and health regulations

**Requirement for the job**:

- At least two years of proven work experience in retail or hospitality
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Be diligent and reliable
- Have good attention to detail
