AS13 LIMITED T/A Kebab Plus is a dynamic and fast-paced eatery specializing in authentic kebabs and quick-serve meals. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fast Food Cook to join our team, who will be responsible for the below-mentioned duties:

- Prepare and cook fast food items following established recipes and techniques.
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and handle payments promptly.
- Support in washing, cutting, measuring, and mixing ingredients for meal preparation.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, meeting both company standards and health regulations.
- Track inventory levels and manage supply orders as needed.
- Sterilize cooking utensils and equipment prior to use.
- Adjust kitchen equipment settings, such as ovens, grills, fryers, and chillers, to proper temperatures.
- Regularly clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
- Comply with food safety and handling procedures.
- Keep utensils consistently clean.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Work Hours and Benefits**
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $25 to $30 per hour

**Other requirements**:

- Available to work on weekends and late evenings
- Should also be comfortable to work night shifts till 4:00 AM
- Comfortable working on rostered shifts
- Team worker
- Good with managing time.
- Physically fit to stand for a longer duration
- Hardworking and passionate individual
- Attention to detail
- Co-ordination Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
