Alongside our signature katsu dishes, we serve a wide range of sushi, donburi, and freshly prepared hot meals at affordable prices to satisfy every craving. As our business continues to grow, the owner is now focusing on expanding the brand and opening new stores. To support this growth, we are urgently seeking a reliable Fast Food Manager to oversee the daily operations and manage the staff of our two city stores.  These two stores are our flagship stores in the Auckland CBD, representing the quality and standards of the Mr Katsu brand. We therefore require a manager who can uphold high standards in service, food quality, staff performance, and overall store presentation. Vacancy Details • Job Title: Fast Food Manager • Employment Type: Permanent & Full-time • Hours per week: guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours a week, a maximum of 50 hours a week. • Wage: $30-35 per hour • Number of Vacancies: 1 position Primary duties of this position include: • Plan, direct, and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction are consistently met. • Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and rostering • Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers • Monitor and manage budgets, wage costs, and financial performance. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations • Develop and implement strategies to improve service and increase revenue • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities as need • Perform other related duties as required To be right for this role and our team, you need to meet one of the below: A qualification at Level 6 Diploma or above OR At least 24 months of relevant work experience Benefits · Great working environment with friendly staff. · Reputable restaurant that truly values what you contribute.
