**H2R Consulting** are Currently recruiting for two senior Accounts Receivable roles at two separate organisations. Please get in contact with me to hear specifics on each. These are permanent roles, however if you are available immediately and prefer temp the option is there also.

**Important information**:

- WFH: yes (hybrid)
- Pay**: $65,000 - $75,000** (dependent on experience) OR temp
- Location: City (Lambton / Willis / Terrace)

If you are a talented AP or AR practitioner, these positions may be great options. One of them also encompasses Payroll, the other just straight AR.

**Duties**:

- Preparing monthly consolidated invoices and upload files, by extracting data from Booking
- Management System (Mid-Office). Appropriate steps should be taken to ensure all data sent to customers are free from errors. This includes:

- checking invoice items against company policies and understanding of the specific requirements of each customer.
- complete fee checks to ensure clients are being charged as per their fee schedule.
- maintaining invoice data integrity between the Booking Management System and the Accounting System.
- Liaise with consultants and Account Managers to resolve invoice exceptions and other client queries.
- Keep track of your clients to ensure that payment is made by the due date. If not paid follow up with the Account Manager or client directly if you have built that relationship.
- Advise the Finance Manager of any overdue payments and any reasons for delayed or short payments.
