What our client can offer:

Our client offers the chance to manage and shape a small, dynamic SAP team within Foodstuffs, providing exposure to multiple SAP products, projects, and stakeholder groups. You'll work in a supportive environment that values both technical expertise and structured leadership, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the team and the business.

What you will do:

  • Lead a SAP User Admin team, managing 3–5 direct reports including internal, external, and part-time staff.
  • Provide guidance and direction to improve service levels and team efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day SAP operations, including roles, catalogs, spaces, and pages.
  • Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders to align SAP support with business needs.
  • Address technical and management challenges, from unresolved tickets to onboarding new team members.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Strong SAP User Admin experience, including HCM/security knowledge.
  • Highly proficient technically with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple direct reports.
  • Comfortable stepping into a leadership role to transform a team from reactive to structured and efficient.
