**Are you revved up**
Panhead Custom Ales are looking for a passionate, energetic crew member to drive our onsite lab. The Quality Assurance Technician role will steer us towards becoming a world class brewery through implementing and sustaining best practices processes and capability.

The nuts and bolts of the job but not the whole toolbox.
- Drive our Quality Management System.
- Look under the hood performing analytical and microbiological testing.
- Put your foot to the floor controlling high spec equipment.
- Turn the key with issue resolutions through our quality process.
- Give the brewery its WOF providing assistance with site audits, reviews, and non-conformance investigations.
- Immerse yourself in our Custom Culture on continuous improvement.

As QAT crew member you will be part of the Food Safety/HACCP Team, Sensory Panel and have the opportunity to work in the Production Brewery and Pilot Plant.

**Qualifications and desired skills include.**
- Tertiary qualification in a technically related discipline (chemistry, biology, or food technology)
- Quality Assurance and Food Safety experience
- Formal qualification in brewing and knowledge of packaging practises preferred.
- Good communication, and computer skills
- Highly organised and positive attitude
