**Morning Core Mail Sorter - Fixed Term Contract ( Maternity Leave Cover)**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Morning Core Mail Sorter in New Plymouth.

**Here's what you'll do**

Predominately, you'll work in our busy mail room processing mail. You will also liaise with the greater team and support them where required.

You'll start your day by preparing and accurately sorting mail and sorting parcels in our branch for delivery. Then, assist in the dispatch and transfer to ensure on-time delivery..

**What we're looking for**

Some of the key things you'll need to perform this role successfully are:

- Available to work from Monday to Friday 4am start to 9am ( Flexibility required upon mail volume)
- Flexible, reliable and have attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg
- A 'can do' attitude and likes to get the job done.
- Good numeracy and reading skills
- Good knowledge of Wellington
- Passionate about keeping customers happy
- High regard for Health & Safety standards
