Due to some significant project wins and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to expand our modelling team with a new **Hydraulic** **Modelling Discipline Lead** role. A dual opportunity, the Discipline Lead role will be performed in conjunction with your position as a Principal Modeller.

We provide a comprehensive array of services to support communities—encompassing hydraulic modelling, innovative conceptual planning, investigations and optioneering, asset management, and system enhancement.

Below is a snapshot of your key responsibilities as Hydraulic Modelling Discipline Lead:
- Ensuring workloads and resourcing are managed and utilised effectively.
- Technical development of hydraulic modelling team members.
- Coordinating the development and use of materials and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
- Contributing to hands-on technical project work.
- Being the key point of contact for our clients.
