Due to continued growth Engineering & Plant Services are looking for a Parts interpreter to join their busy team based in Hornby, Christchurch.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and our workshop. Your focus will be to ensure you understand their needs and deliver the right parts in a timely manner, while keeping them up to date with any changes and delays.

This is an exciting role where your existing parts knowledge will help you ask the right questions and determine the best product. You will have the ability to identify key information, gather other relevant information required and direct customer enquiries.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have an inquisitive mind, paired with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with our internal team and external customers.
- Be technology savvy for transferring stock between branches, parts sourcing, generating orders and invoicing.
- Have knowledge on inwards and outwards goods and stocktakes.
- Not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and support the team.

This is a role where teamwork is crucial to achieve desired outcomes, and we are looking for someone who is approachable and resourceful.
