**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation | Develop compelling digital content, including infographics, blog posts, and articles, to promote our services.
- Collaboration | Work with cross-functional teams to understand the target audience and execute content strategies that align with Stellar's objectives.
- Website Management | Keep our website content current, accurate, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Social Media Management | Curate, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to user interactions.
- Analytics | Use analytics tools to track content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements.
- Industry Trends | Stay informed about digital marketing and content creation trends to ensure our content remains relevant.
- Marketing Campaigns | Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration | Gather insights from internal stakeholders, including the marketing team, recruitment consultants, and managers, to inform content creation.

**About You**
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Strong proficiency in content creation and management tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot or similar software.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimising content for search engines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
- A creative mindset and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
