Our team is growing and looking to hire a new full time Customer Service Representative to join our energetic Customer Service Team

This is a fun workplace where the customer really matters and there is great support from your fantastic team, and an inclusive office environment. In this role, you'll be based in our modern and well-appointed office in Havelock North. Once trained up you will have the option of working 2 days a week at home.

Hours of Work

This role is full time Monday to Fridays. Our call centre is open between 8am to 6pm so ideally we are looking for people who can work between these hours.

About The Role

This role requires someone customer centric as the customer service team manage all communication with our external clients and book appointments for our inspector network.

  • Answering inbound customer phone calls and emails
  • Providing product knowledge and pricing for the services we offer
  • Arranging appointments for clients and inspectors
  • Processing job documentation, including invoicing
  • Maintaining client accounts and relationships
  • Other administrative duties

About You

To win this role, you'll:

  • Be super organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Be used to showing high levels of initiative when it comes to problem solving and being proactive
  • Be confident in communicating with a variety of internal and external clients
  • Be able to represent the company well in all written and oral communication
  • Be able to handle the ebbs and flows of workloads with resilience
  • Having confidence in Microsoft Office products will help you get up to speed quickly

We are the Betta Group - providing a range of building and compliance services nationwide through our inspector Licensees. Our head office is where you will be based providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our inspectors who are out in the field. We are New Zealand's largest residential property inspection company and are continuing to grow and expand every year.
