**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

Beca’s Corporate Services Team provides a range of front-line, coordination, administration and facilities management services to ensure our business functions seamlessly and effectively. As ‘first impression ambassadors,’ this team helps make everyday better for our employees and our visitors, smoothing the path and providing the environment for our people to thrive - they literally keep the lights on

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Procurement Assistant with outstanding planning and organisational skills. We’re looking for someone who’s a confident negotiator, a natural communicator and is willing to learn on the job.

With a team approach, responsibilities will include:

- The procurement, maintenance and inventory of Mobile Technology, corporate gifts, safety wear and stationery
- Ensuring that items procured on behalf of the business are cost-effective & fit for purpose
- Processing procurement related administration & ensuring group policy is followed
- Providing assistance to the Group Sourcing Manager on all Procurement, mobile technology and general administration as required
- Organising and maintaining first aid training for staff
- Acting in a timely manner to complete all internal client & Group Sourcing Manager requests
- Mobile technology fault resolution and assisting internal clients to effectively utilize their devices
- Contributing to the objectives and functions of colleagues in the team, providing support as required

**About You - Te Rongoāto**

You’ll enjoy providing great customer service, proactively anticipating and responding to requests - seeing what needs doing and making it happen. Your broad administrative skills will include Microsoft Office skills at intermediate level, and you’ll be comfortable learning and exploring new technology and systems.
