We are a highly regarded, fast growing boutique wealth management firm based in Auckland CBD providing personalised, high-touch financial planning and investment advice.

We specialise in serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, and pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Adviser to join our close-knit team and contribute to our clients' financial success.

Position Overview:

As a Financial Adviser, you will play a key role in providing financial advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, utilising our resources and expertise to build comprehensive financial plans and provide long term investment advice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, business focused, who has a genuine care for their clients.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide tailored financial advice in areas including lifetime financial planning investment advice, retirement planning, estate planning and risk management.
  • Work closely with clients to create comprehensive financial plans and manage investment portfolios.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the firm and industry to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Regularly review clients' financial positions and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in business development and networking efforts to attract new clients.
  • Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and firm policies.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CFP, CFA, or equivalent certifications preferred).
  • NZ Certificate in Financial Services – Level 5 – completed
  • 3+ years of experience in financial advising or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and planning tools.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with financial planning software and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
